The National Court investigates a bank that supposedly washing money for Pinochet

The National Court has sent a letter to the Supreme Court of Chile notifying the reopening of an investigation against one of the country's banks.
Spain has been chosen by its Savoir Faire
According to the American media, the plaintiffs have chosen Spain for the legal case for "being a pioneer in the efforts during the last three decades to hold the autocrats around the world for their crimes for their crimes in jurisdictions other than their own countries".
The reopening of this case outside the Chilean borders derives from the inaction of the administration of the American country. The plaintiffs have resorted to Spain after the repeated negative of Chile's justice to accuse the dictator since he began to investigate in 2011.
