Telva How to undertake in a coherent way and that your company does not ruin your life
He began his project (exact, he calls it "project" for the impostor syndrome) charging below what he should, thinking that, thus, the confidence of his clients would be gained. But when you charge below your value everything starts badly, because you attract a client that does not value you and that dribbles you.You end up working a thousand hours and you never have to reinvest and grow the business.
When undertaking there are many women with the attitude of Blanca. As an expert in advising companies for more than 15 years I have encountered several similar examples and I like to compare it with relationships: it is as if you will settle for someone who does not deserve you.
I left my job with oppositions to undertake according to the lifestyle that I wanted. Now I have not only achieved it (I combine my life in the field with international conferences) but also I tell my company with a great team and thousands of customers worldwide.I know Blanca's problem, because I have lived it and? How to help her.
If Blanca continues your project, you will not take off: it is time to design a customary business model.
The step by step begins with a very special business plan, taking into account the personality, strengths and values of Blanca.Very 'humanistic', thinking about the economic and emotional return of her work because Blanca wants "something to enjoy but also helps my clients.
15 tips to make sense and feeling good
- Blinda tu tiempo libre. De calidad, en silencio, priorizándote. Que te cargue pilas. El no-hacer también es productivo. Dolce far niente!
- No quieras crecer rápido.
