Oaxaca artisans denounce Zimmermann plagiar
The Oaxacan Institute of Crafts accused of plagiarism of the Australian clothing brand Zimmermann, for the use of designs from the regions of Cañada and Papaloapan in one of their collections.
De acuerdo con el organismo, la pieza “Pictures, the Riders Panelled Tunic Dress & Wide Brim Boater”, de la colección Resort Swim 2021, tienen diseños correspondientes a la poblaciones mazatecas de la región de la Cañada, principalmente de Huautla de Jiménez y San Bartolomé Ayautla.
